1) please assign a course number.� Donna Margine would be able to let you know if the number chosen has been used in the past.
2) under the course restriction, please remove �is required to register.�
3) committee suggests removing the word �may� from the first line of the catalog description on page 1 of the proposal (it doesn�t appear on the syllabus).
4) committee suggests inserting the words �in Belize� to the end of the first line of the catalog description.
5) Please add the following to the catalog description on page 1 of the proposal: a) frequency code �(O)�, b) �Permission of instructor,� c) at the end: �(3 cr. hr)�
6) Please cut and paste the corrected catalog description on page 1 of the proposal to the top of the accompanying syllabus.
7) Delete �SAB� from top of syllabus.
8) include an �Academic Dishonesty Statement� in the syllabus.
POL 101 � Introduction to World Politics (�Tabled� 7-0)
1) the revised catalog description should include: a) the frequency code in the beginning, and b) the �(3 cr. hr.)� statement at the end.� (Tom, I can have our secretary type these in on the original if you give me permission).
2) the revised catalog description, as described above, needs to appear in the accompanying syllabus (it shows the older one; Dr. Hull can simply revise the syllabus and send me an electronic copy, and I can just print out page 1).
POL 102 -- Foundations of Democracy (�Tabled�� 7-0)
1) there are a couple of typos on page 1 of the proposal: a) please include frequency code �(O)� at the beginning, b) the �(3 cr. hr.)� statement at end, c) change �authoritatian� to �authoritarian� on last line of catalog description, d) change �empahsize� to �emphasize� in justification.
2) please place the revised catalog description on the top of page 2 in the accompanying syllabus.
3) there are lots of little typographical errors in the syllabus.� They are:

����������� b) p. 2, second to last line of paragraph 3, change �partliamentary� to �parliamentary�
